Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-8 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) - cost calculated based on delivery
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): cost calculated based on delivery
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): cost calculated based on delivery
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages: DorSel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thedorsel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
